30-Day Limited Warranty

At Gem Vivi, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects on all Gem Vivi products purchased directly from our website.

What’s Covered:

Our warranty protects your Gem Vivi piece against material or workmanship defects under normal use for 30 days from the date of delivery. If a covered issue arises within this period, we’ll repair or replace the item.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidents or mishandling
  • Modifications or attempted repairs
  • Negligence after purchase
  • Every day wear and tear
  • Failure to follow jewelry care instructions

Who Is Eligible:

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser or any subsequent owner, as long as valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email) is provided.

How to Make a Claim:

To file a warranty claim, email us at support@gemvivi.com with:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 24 hours. After we inspect your item, we’ll confirm if it qualifies under warranty.
If covered, we’ll repair or replace your item based on part/item availability and repair feasibility.
If your claim is not covered, you may opt for an out-of-warranty repair for a flat $35 service fee.
Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks.
